Dealership did not inform me CarShield was not accepted until they were ready to repair, after they had vehicle for two days. I mentioned it when I made reservation and when I dropped it off. usually good but last time was horrible, waited 3 hrs and finally had to ask where my truck was even after this was a scheduled appointment.
