Traded my 17 F250 for a 22 bronco (used 50k miles). Needed a trans in the first week. Manager was Terrible to deal with. I mentioned on the day of the test drive that it sounds little funny and was told that happens when its cold. Found out afterwards that it was a know problem. Earl told me after lots of phone calls that he would get it fixed. Still took a month for parts. Had to push hard to get a loaner. This is the third vehicle i have bought from Koons Annapolis. Probably won't be going back, not the vehicles fault. Just the interaction with the management. Service department was great even though it took a month for parts. I just don't understand selling something with a known issue still under warranty and was (Blue) certified inspected. More
