My most recent experience was poor. My car was there for over 2 months. Very little status updates. The work being performed basically fell through the cracks. After over 2 months t My car was there for over 2 months. Very little status updates. The work being performed basically fell through the cracks. After over 2 months the day the work was to be completed it wasn't. My advisor went on vacation. I enlisted Ford Motor Company to find out about financial aid and they were able to find that I had a warranty so a $10K job cost $150. The dealer would not have found that warranty for me. After picking up my car I thought I would still give Koones Ford another chance I found the cover to my motor in my trunk. Which makes me believe that no one double checked the work. Someone else put the engine cover on for me. There was one bolt missing. Needless to say I am not a happy customer. More
