I originally scheduled an appointment with another Lexus representative, but he was unavailable when I arrived at the dealership. Sibri stepped in, and I could not have been more pleased with the experience representative, but he was unavailable when I arrived at the dealership. Sibri stepped in, and I could not have been more pleased with the experience. Sibri provided exceptional customer service. He was attentive, responsive, and answered all of my questions about the car honestly and thoroughly. He stayed late the night I purchased the vehicle, personally picked me up from my home the next day to finalize everything, and even followed up later to ensure I didn’t have any additional questions.
