Time spent in the waiting room was minimal. Not happy about the quote to replace the PCV when I was able to do it myself for a 1/10. Pricing is high. Normally I am happy to give a 5 star review. I take my car to the dealer because they know my car best. Service techs always do a nice job and are respectful of my things in my car. I always have a difficult time getting the auto headlights back on because Indon't know if I have everything turned to the right place as there is nothing that comes on to tell me until dark or until the high beams are needed. So I asked that they not touch the headlights because when the techs check lights, they leave them in the off position and not where I had them. Many thanks to the service writer for making me feel like a total moron for asking for.that because "that's funny..all you have to do is turn them on." Please watch your words. You don't know the stress in my life and how the auto high beams in that car are the bane of my existence for days when I leave the dealership. More
