Justin used car department was excellent and he was the reason I bought the x3 also steve was very nice but when they were cleaning the car rugs that I saw in the car was missing and I spoke to the sale an reason I bought the x3 also steve was very nice but when they were cleaning the car rugs that I saw in the car was missing and I spoke to the sale and he did not do anything about it and I end up buying the floor mats from the dealer as a result I had a bad experience with the dealership. I liked Justin a lot he was the reason I purchased the x3 when the vehicle was detailed it was missing the floor mats I was test driving a car I talked to my sale person and he said he is looking in to it bu when the vehicle was detailed it was missing the floor mats I was test driving a car I talked to my sale person and he said he is looking in to it but nothing was done and I end up buying the mats from the BMW dealer and I was disappointed from the dealership.
