Straight forward and friendly I’ve been shopping to buy a new Chevrolet Volt for a while now and was becoming very frustrated with my local dealers. Specifically, they would adver I’ve been shopping to buy a new Chevrolet Volt for a while now and was becoming very frustrated with my local dealers. Specifically, they would advertise ‘teaser’ prices to get you in the door only to learn that it would be literally ‘impossible’ for anyone to qualify for ALL the discounts they published. After sitting down they would conclude ‘we could get close to that price’. Well, they lost me as a customer. I had had positive dealings with a different Koons dealership and decided to give White Marsh a chance. I was introduced to Ed Ridgley through email and was so impressed with his forthrightness that I drove 40 miles that same day to meet him. Ed listened to my sometimes ‘eccentric’ concerns and addressed every single one of them!
