My first service on my 2023 Chevrolet Malibu was very successful. The service advisor Chris was very knowledgeable about the maintenance services required for the mileage on the vehicle. He was very polite and friendly during our interaction. I had received a recall notice for the rear backup camera and was told that the technician would test it prior to replacing. It the span of 2 1/2 hours the tech changed my engine oil and filter, engine air filter, windshield fluid, rotated the tires, replaced cabin air filter and performed a test in the rear backup camera. I was impressed with the performance of all these tasks in a short period of time. The rear backup camera failed function testing and was told that I would be notified when the new backup camera has arrived. Very impressed with the quality and care that Koons Chevrolet of White Marsh has delivered to their customers! More

I was informed that when the new backup camera that was ordered arrives they would contact me to bring my vehicle back for replacement. When dropping off my vehicle, I noticed the service department to be very pleasant and professional. My service was for a required oil change, however I was informed your service center does not carry department to be very pleasant and professional. My service was for a required oil change, however I was informed your service center does not carry the MOA additive I normally have added to my oil, paired with one to my tank, to clean my carbon build up. I was given an option of using a system that sprays through my injectors, however I don’t wish to spend that paired with every oil change I normally have done. This is my only drawback, that lends to my preference of Anderson Buick over Koons. More

I was very pleased with Koons White Marsh Chevrolet as a dealership of used cars. I bought a 2022 Honda Odyssey. Mac, the salesman, respected my needs for evaluating the car and responded to my request by dealership of used cars. I bought a 2022 Honda Odyssey. Also, there were a few minor repairs needed and a missing owners manual which he had remedied. The service manager, Denny, followed up promptly with the repairs and ordering the manual and Christian, the service representative was very cordial and kept me appraised of the work being done. I was very satisfied with the service Koons gave me. Why didn’t I give a 5 star? I was surprised and disappointed to see that there is very little negotiation a buyer can have with used car dealers these days. It seems the dealerships are in agreement on price for a certain car and they won’t budge, and Koons is no exception. Maybe new cars are so expensive the used car market has many willing buyers. More
