I came up from North Carolina to purchase a car from Koons. Neal was so nice and helpful. He answered my questions over the phone, picked me up from the train station, and even made sure the car was cha Koons. Neal was so nice and helpful. He answered my questions over the phone, picked me up from the train station, and even made sure the car was charged and filled with gas before I left. The pricing was very competitive for the model I purchased! Neal had the car ready and detailed when I arrived (spotless). Even though it was a Sunday evening and they were closing soon, none of the employees made me feel rushed. Neal encouraged me to still take a test drive and Todd spent a lot of time and effort looking to find me a deal on a warranty. Koons was well worth the trip up to Virginia from North Carolina. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks; I love my new Hyundai! More
