I gave the service guy my coupon when I arrived, why did I have to remind him about the coupon. I don't have the email of the bill I paid so I have to call back. UGH! Why did the tech remove the ring on my key and removed my Costco tire sticker from the window and disposed it. You can clearly read it says Costco tires not oil change. This management person and admin I had no interactions with so they get one star More
