Made an appointment for diagnostics for my transmission and charging system (made the appointment speaking to advisor on the phone so they knew what I was coming for) and when I checked in, the advisor I w and charging system (made the appointment speaking to advisor on the phone so they knew what I was coming for) and when I checked in, the advisor I was booked with was at lunch and 2 hours after I arrived, they told me there wasn’t enough time to diagnose the transmission. I was told by the advisor they could secure me a loaner so they would have the time to look at the transmission and I have not heard back from the advisor even after I called back to check in on this. So my transmission still feels like it slips. Poor communication, not timely and making promises they don’t keep More
