Scheduled appt and no one even called. Called back at 5PM and was told the car had not even been looked at. This lead up to 3 days with nothing being done. Special thanks to Rob Castro (service department manager) for always being so congenial, customer satisfaction-oriented, and professional, and to Brigette Arriaza at the service department front desk for answering my questions. I was kept apprised of the status of my vehicle through their digital intake system and mobile link, and was able to review the inspection report and related documents while the work on my vehicle was underway - all very convenient! The service was very efficient - just a couple of hours in total. The waiting area is very clean, bright, and well-appointed with comfortable chairs, tables, desks, a water refilling station, bottled water, and coffee. I always enjoy my visits to Koons Hyundai in Woodbridge, and their great customer service is why I chose this location (which is much farther away from me than other Hyundai dealerships) for my vehicle purchase and maintenance. Definitely worth the drive! More

Took vehicle for noise and issue that was sound before purchasing. They fixed the inoperative button, but they added a new clicking noise and did not fix the original sound. Brought back a week later to be looked at and was not offered a loaner and was told we were 3 on the list. Called back the next day for the loaner and somehow we were then 5 ahead of us for a loaner. Got the car back after 5-6 days without a car and neither noise was fixed and got a text 2 days after we got the car back saying our part was in for our car… I am really doubting any work was done to our car that they had almost a week and they just kept the car to make it look like work was done. The noise is still there and this dealership has been nothing but headaches since we purchased the vehicle from them starting with having to wait a month for them to even order the button for the car they said they would fix when we purchased the vehicle to now bringing the car back weekly to chase the same noise saying it’s the same part over and over. I’m not trusting much of anything anyone at this dealer has to say anymore after all of the headaches they have caused for us, especially after traveling almost an hour each way to drop off and pick up the vehicle. It is also almost impossible to reach my advisor when I call for updates and makes it hard to maintain a professional look for the company constantly being ignored after messages are left I expect better from a dealer that represents the Hyundai name. More
