Nick was very through, professional, and showed me various Tucson until we got to the price range that I liked. Very helpful in doing the various paper work to show the price differences. I cant remember the managers name, but he too was very helpful. I would say, you might need, to get a new finance manager. I could not understand his (English) dialect so had I to ask him to repeat it several times so I could piece together what he was saying. He also did not listen to what I was communicating to him, he would repeat his sales pitch over and over again after I said I was not interested. I am not sure if he did what I requested and that was to give me the necessary paper work to cancel the extended warrenty for my 2020 GMC pickup. I never got any paper work, but he did say, he would pass it along to (here again I could not understand what he was saying) someone. At that point I was ready to leave. More

Pushy, inept, and full of it. Jay the used car manager is a dishonest bait and switcher. Reggie, while a nice person, goes along with the bait and switch. Not too big of a deal, we saw that it's a common issue. We fully expected Jay to keep his promise that he'd take care of it. Especially as, in all his fast talking, he admitted that he knew the A/C didn't work and had already ordered a part for it. He lied. There was never a part ordered. This is a Hyundai dealer. They can't work on Genesis warranty work. He's the worst kinds of liar. A pushy one. He promised that he would send someone to the house to pick the car up and take it back to VA. We live in MD. He then has Reggie, the salesman, call us and tell us to take it to our local dealer. The local dealer has no obligation to us, and was ready to charge us to repair it. Mind you, Jay is suddenly completely unavailable to speak to. Enter service manager Zack. He seemed aware of our situation and set us up to... you guessed it, bring the car ourselves all the way back. We set the appointment and took it back. That car sat all day. When we finally called to inquire why the car hasn't moved (it's a luxury car with all kinds of remote sensors we can check from a distance) Mr Robert Castro acted surprised and somehow thought that our Friday appointment was supposed to be a drop off to allow them to "keep it for a few days". None of these people communicate, or they simply don't care. They read from a script and hope the consumer quietly goes along with it. Oh, did I mention that the car was being advertised as being on sale with 257 miles... and the sales manager was driving it? It wasn't even there when we called to come see it. It ended up having 800+ miles on it, sitting in front of the guy's house. This place is a rinky dink, half rate, unprofessional, day care. Because Jay's kids were running around the showroom playing hide and seek. I KID YOU NOT! After this ordeal of all the confusion and broken promises, the AC ran "cold" when I left the dealership. After my 1 hour and a half ride back to MD, the AC was back to running warm. If I could give zero, I would. But this is your warning. Buyer beware! More
