Working with Jay was an absolute pleasure. Aside from his knowledge of Volvo products, he was extremely professional, yet cordial. His explanation of "out the door" pricing was appreciated. Mike was very professional and honest when explaining a need for an alignment on my 2023 volvo xc60.(I was only there for a 10,000 miles service)I was surprised, but when he explained that I could have hit need for an alignment on my 2023 volvo xc60.(I was only there for a 10,000 miles service)I was surprised, but when he explained that I could have hit just one pothole to throw the car out of alignment, I remembered one that was a real doozy. In fact, I was worried that it might have caused a flat tire. It didn’t but I guess that it did damage to the alignment. I appreciated the extra time it took for Mike to explain the problem. The service was done and I really liked the car wash also. More
