I came in without an appointment looking for Chip (he's always so kind to me) but he happened to be off that day, so that I met Jim for the first time. He couldn't have been more helpful. He explained to me everything related to my dilemma and accommodated me right away. He was professional, knowledgeable and so helpful!!
