I came in to have the drivers side mirror replaced. Chip looked at it and knew what parts were needed to make the repair. I was going to purchase only the parts, he called in to the parts department to tel looked at it and knew what parts were needed to make the repair. Instead of having the part replaced by a mechanic, I decided to have this service center replace it due to the helpfulness of Chip and the parts department. There was no pressure by either of them to have it installed by this dealership. The parts were ordered and were ready for my appointment on Friday the same week. The work was completed in a short time and I was on my way. I have used this service center for other work and have always been happy with not only the work but I have always found that Mike, Pete, Shannon and Chip were always professional and knowledgeable associates. I purchased the Volvo from another dealer and was unhappy with the service I received by them as well as another Volvo service center and will never go back to them. More

They immediately notified us when they had a model available of the type we demanded, and it showed up to be just the car we wanted. It was well maintained, low mileage, and a reasonable price. The sales process was smooth and friendly, and the company held us up-dated all over. Getting the Title document of the vehicle from the NY State´s authorities in Albany took some time, but the company supplied us with temporary registration plates all the period, so our driving was not interrupted. Upon entering the dealership, never being there before, Mike made me feel welcomed and didn't ignore me. Very thorough and my courtesy car was nicer than my own car. Billy Jr, Erin, and Van gave the most outstanding service and provided the most pleasant experience I could have hoped for. Billy Jr was very responsive, creative, and competitive when we were discussing the purchase price. Erin surprised me by going the extra mile to get a better financing rate than we had agreed to.
