I would have provided a higher rating but multiple times I tried to call the service center to receive an update but was not able to get through to my service advisor. Came for an oil change and to get a new key, When service was completed put key in ignition and started the car and felt the car did not start correctly. the engine seemed to shudder a little and started slo was completed put key in ignition and started the car and felt the car did not start correctly. the engine seemed to shudder a little and started slowly I Was in a rush and though it would be ok. however it continue to act up and i should have taken back to the dealership right away but was busy, The car finally died @ 10 days after service , When towed to dealership was told no way it was service it was a bad battery and the car has 60000 miles, however car was fine before service , problems right after? This was our first experience with Kundert Volvo, however, it certainly won't be our last. There is usually an anxiety whenever we walk into a dealership, always dreading the obligatory car buying/l however, it certainly won't be our last. I'm guessing we've been walking into the wrong dealerships all of these years because our experience at Kundert was nothing less than spectacular. I know it may sound a little over the top or exaggerated, but I'm not sure of how else to explain it. It was so surprisingly easy; we walked in on a Saturday inquiring about a new S60 for my wife and a used S40 for my daughter. Our sales consultant, Tony, was able to advise us of our options. Ultimately we were able to go forward with the used S40. I checked out the car further with my daughter on Monday and we were there again on Tuesday purchasing the vehicle. Erin, our finance associate, was equally as good taking care of the financial end of things. We honestly couldn't be happier. My daughter is extremely fortunate to have lived through her 1st car buying experience through Kundert Volvo. The standards are indeed set high. Thank you Tony, Erin & Kundert Volvo More
