Disappointed My wife shopped around for a new car remote for my son's Volvo. She dealt with a parts person at Kundert and got a total price of $240 (part, labor a My wife shopped around for a new car remote for my son's Volvo. She dealt with a parts person at Kundert and got a total price of $240 (part, labor and s/w download). When I arrived this past Saturday, Pete Pesce told me it was $240 just for the part. I said my wife dealt with the parts manager and he gave her the $240 price. Peter said the parts guys goes not give out full prices (meaning labor and s/w download). He walked away from the counter (said nothing) and 15 minutes he came back and told me the parts guy in the back was a different person but he would give it to me for what was quoted. The parts guy did not update the system correctly. He then told me I could wait in the lounge. The car was actually gone for just 23 minutes (nice surprise), I was told it would be an 1 and 1/2 - no labor price adjustment however. Then on top of everything else Pete walks me to the cashier to pay and she is "missing" for at least 7-8 minutes. Anyway, I guess them even looking at the existing key was out of the questions. Just horrible service again at this dealership! More

I was ready to junk the car since my drivers informational computer was broken as well as other problems. Pete Pesce explained all of the necessary details and the associated costs and helped streamline those costs instead of the usual trying to get me to do more. He is most kind as are all of the employees at Kundert Volvo.Tim my mechanic was sensational. I will keep going back again and again as long as my car is still is on the road. Can't recommend enough the service and support I was shown. More

IN And Out So I had my 2nd free service scheduled drop off and a loaner waiting. But when I got there I said to Pete, it’s just an oil change. I’ll wait instead So I had my 2nd free service scheduled drop off and a loaner waiting. But when I got there I said to Pete, it’s just an oil change. I’ll wait instead of taking a loaner and having to come back. He said about an hour and a half, I said no problem. Went to check out the new models in the show room, checked out what they had outside, went to the parts department to check out prices on parts for my older volvo, and went back in and sat down in the service waiting room. Not even 10 minutes went by Pete came and said my car was ready. 45 minutes tops. Much appreciated guys!! More

simply flawless I recently booked maintenance service for my 2017 XC90. The whole experience was flawless. The setting of the appointment was very pleasant and the I recently booked maintenance service for my 2017 XC90. The whole experience was flawless. The setting of the appointment was very pleasant and they accommodated my needs. At the time of servicing my car, the personnel receiving the car was very courteous, providing me with the reserved loaner at no extra cost. They called me as promised to advise my car was ready for pick-up. Excellent! More

Wonderful Experience - Exceeded My Expectations Mike Mazzarro is the most wonderful manager/service advisor. He’s doing double duty as a service advisor while staffing is short. Triple duty, really. Mike Mazzarro is the most wonderful manager/service advisor. He’s doing double duty as a service advisor while staffing is short. Triple duty, really. He responded to each issue I raised, most pressingly, inadequately responsive brakes and a persistent scraping noise that turned out to be caused by warped rotors and a major rust problem. It took several attempts to remove enough rust to totally silence the noise. Perfection was sought and achieved. There was so much rust that replacing the rotors was not enough. Because there was one finishing touch to complete at 6 pm on Friday and I planned to leave directly for a weekend trip, Mike offered a loaner car for the weekend even though my car would be finished the next morning. This was so sweet. I’m touched by Mike's kindness and thoughtfulness. I was headed to an isolated area. He wanted to make sure that I wouldn’t have any problems. I might have gotten by. I was also relieved that Mike told me that even though my catalytic converter is going bad that it’s not done yet. I have to be able to trust that I’m told the truth about needed repairs. I am reassured now. More
