I was negotiating a deal on a vehicle in October. Lisa K was very knowledgeable and professional. At one point I made a counter offer and she asked for the keys to my trade and my credit card in case my of was very knowledgeable and professional. She came back with a counter offer but told me the price was only good that day. I explained to her I felt rushed (I would have had to rush home....find the title to the trade, have my wife come and sign the new title, find extra keys...etc) to purchase that day. She politely said she understood and would go get my keys and credit card. Next thing I know a Randy Z comes into the lobby and says “Do me a favor, next time don’t give us your credit card if we don’t have a deal”. I was shocked and embarrassed that he would treat a customer like this just because I wasn’t ready to buy that day. I did return 3 weeks later and purchased the same vehicle from Lisa who again was knowledgeable and professional. I can only give the dealership experience 3 stars instead of 5 due to my 60 second experience with Randy. He needs customer relations training. More

During this pandemic it would be appreciated to have a bench or chairs outside to use while waiting for my vehicle to be done. I sat in the ground for almost 2 hours!
