Good but should be better I had an appointment, I arrived on time and went into the Service Dept. office I stood there for almost 20 minutes before a Service writer actually wa I had an appointment, I arrived on time and went into the Service Dept. office I stood there for almost 20 minutes before a Service writer actually was prepared to wait on me. One seated at his work station never acknowledged me then took a customer who came in after me. Another said he would be back in a minute and never came back while I was there, the third handled me. And did an excellent job that’s why the positive rating. For no one to even say hello, good morning or something along those lines made me question what is the definition of Customer Service at John Paul. In addition I purchased a certified vehicle and assumed the filters would have been changed- they weren’t and wanted to charge me when I have put less then 3500 miles on the car. More

Routine Maintenance Joe did a nice job with the intake of my vehicle for tire rotation and oil change. Would be nice if they could quote an estimated time for completion as I was waiting nearly 2 hrs for my vehicle. I know it’s not all in their control but as a busy mom with little spare time it is a considerable amt of time to complete the job. More

Easy and awesome! My salesman, Luis, was soooo nice to me. He made me feel comfortable, not pressured at all. He was patient and very helpful to me. I had never bought a Buick before but Luis made me a believer, and I love my Buick Encore! I will definitely recommend Luis to friends and family, and I’ve been raving about how nice everyone at John Paul’s Buick/GMC was to me. They are welcoming and professional. Luis was awesome! Amazing Experience I can’t begin to explain the amount of gratitude I feel. Not having the best credit and trying to find a reliable car that I could afford seemed impos I can’t begin to explain the amount of gratitude I feel. Not having the best credit and trying to find a reliable car that I could afford seemed impossible. Lisa was great (even with managing more than one customer) she took time to listen to what I needed and understood my credit situation. Even when I felt anxious and nervous Lisa and Randy both kept my mind at ease. They vouched for Jan (Finance Manager) and the miracle work she does, and she came through for me. Great used car I bought a used car from these guys and I couldn't be happier. The car was everything I could ask for and more, I did have one small issue shortly aft I bought a used car from these guys and I couldn't be happier. The car was everything I could ask for and more, I did have one small issue shortly after the purchase but they fixed it for me no problem! A great dealership and my saleman, chuck, was very helpful and nice, and while they were fixing my car, they gave me a brand new 2019 luxury vehicle that was super comfortable, and honestly probably sold me on that type of car in the future from them!
