I'm disgusted with how incompetent they were After receiving a recall notice on our Cadillac, I personally called to make the appointment to have it performed. I was holding the letter and gave After receiving a recall notice on our Cadillac, I personally called to make the appointment to have it performed. I was holding the letter and gave all necessary information as to which recall it was and specifically asked if they would have any necessary parts in by the time the appointment came around. I was told that they didn't need to order any parts and the recall would take about 1 hour to perform. My husband took the car in at the appointed time and after waiting an hour (they did look at a tire he was having problems with) he was told that they couldn't perform the recall because they didn't have the parts!?! He was also told that when the recall is done, it will take 6 hours!! Really? How did the lady I talked to get this SO wrong and they never called after making the appointment to fix their error. There is currently no appointment for having the recall performed because "they will call when the part is in". Sure they will. More

Minimal Hassel It was nice to go in and get straight to the point. I had every intention to buy a new vehicle and all the people there did not waste my time. They It was nice to go in and get straight to the point. I had every intention to buy a new vehicle and all the people there did not waste my time. They immediately began looking for what they could offer that matched my criteria and overall wants. The only problem is that they seemed too concerned with making the purchase quickly, but did not spend enough time listening to exactly what I wanted. When the vehicle I requested has been shown to me, it was missing several options I advised the salesperson that was an absolute necessity. The management and financial representatives did a much better job at listening to my needs and wants than the salesperson did. More
