So fast I couldn't believe it I went in to have the links in my rear sway bar replaced and I thought it was going to take a while. I was in and out in an hour! Bad experience with rebates I bought a Regal and wanted to pick the car up on August 1st. My salesperson told me it would be a big help if I could come in on July 31st so that th I bought a Regal and wanted to pick the car up on August 1st. My salesperson told me it would be a big help if I could come in on July 31st so that they could meet their July quota. Sadly, I agreed to that and even came home early from a trip to do so. This is where my frustration comes in. On August 1st, I found out that there were now $1,500 in rebates on this car - $1,500 that I could have saved on my purchase. (There were none in July.) John Paul's is not willing to make any kind of concession. I feel I've been burned. I helped them out, but there's no willingness on their part to do so for me. After numerous attempts to come to some resolution (sometimes with no response back), I called the dealer one more time the week of August 19th and was put on hold for over 10 minutes. I hung up and contacted the BBB. After filing a complaint there, I was finally contacted by the owner of John Paul's. I was grateful for her call and did accept the offer she made me. More

Zero to ten I had a horrible experience earlier in the day that I was going to buy an Enclave from. I left that dealership and I was prepared to purchase a vehicl I had a horrible experience earlier in the day that I was going to buy an Enclave from. I left that dealership and I was prepared to purchase a vehicle. On the way home just buy chance I stopped at the John Paul dealership. Andrea could not have been more accommodating as well as support staff. They all went out of their way to sell me a car. At the end of the day I purchased a 2015 Enclave. My wife and I could not be happier with the deal the car and the treatment we received. More
