Great customer service Left vm w/Service Department explaining situation w/my vehicle. I received a return call from Carol w/in 15 minutes. (Before Carol returned my call, Left vm w/Service Department explaining situation w/my vehicle. I received a return call from Carol w/in 15 minutes. (Before Carol returned my call, she spoke w/Service Advisor, Solomon Bunn about the vm I left). Carol advised me to bring my car in, but could not guarantee it would be fixed that day depending the outcome of the diagnosis. I asked if a rental was available just in case. She confirned w/Solomon, and yes, one was available if need be. Arrived at the service area. Solomon wrote up my service ticket, showed me where the service waiting area was and told me he'll give me an update once received from the technician. Within a short period of time, Solomon explained the diagnosis (replacement part needed wasn't available), the technician was able to temporarly fix my car so I was able to get home to Oshkosh. (I was given the information w/part number for me to get fixed once I returned home). Carol went above and beyond the call of duty before and after she returned my call. Solomon Bunn also went above and beyond the call of duty for his service and compassion. I'm forever grateful for the customer care I received in the service department at John Paul. Sheila S. Was happy at first Our experience started off as a good one when we went to test drive our vehicle. We were happy with our salesperson, however, when I pointed out somet Our experience started off as a good one when we went to test drive our vehicle. We were happy with our salesperson, however, when I pointed out something needed to be fixed (the passenger side air bag) PRIOR to pick up 2 days later, it was not taken care of, nor were parts ordered. This turned into a whirlwind and nightmare, and I ended up being without my car for almost 2 weeks. The voice command system was not working, nor the garage code configuration on top of it. The part that was needed for the airbag was missing from the first order, and then I had to wait another week for the part to come in. While Lisa was generous in making a rental car work for those almost 2 weeks at no cost to us (thank you again), it was a hassle and not ideal for our overall situation. On the night of pick up we reviewed the certified checklist and noticed it was not fully completed. Some areas were marked as not checked at all (engine compartments) and some areas were marked as needing service, but did not have the "service complete" checked. When taken to the manager, he just checked it off, but we were told he looked it up in the computer. My husband could see into his office, and he did not see the manager on the computer at all. When our missing part was not in the original order that first week, I wish that it would have been expedited given that this was an issue pointed out PRIOR to our picking up the vehicle. Honestly, the part should have been ordered the day after I pointed it out, and our pick up/delivery should have been changed to accommodate not picking it up until it was fully ready. This would have saved me and my husband a lot of stress and driving back and forth. More

We will be back starting around December to decide on either a new lease or the purchase of the Regal, whichever is the best deal. I think I got a very good deal. I used car gurus to determine that I wanted a Chevy Traverse LTZ and to find the best value. I met with the Sales Manager and he showed me how this vehicle compared to others nation wide. I am convinced that this was the best deal. Lisa then showed me the car and we took it for a test drive. Lisa answered all my guestions and we then sat down to finalize the purchase. I was hoping to get a little more for my car but it was fair. I drove it home and my wife and I really like it. It will make traveling with four people very comfortable. . More
