I called the Service Department and spoke directly with the Service Director (Mr. Nick Harmon), who scheduled a same day appointment for me. Mr. Steve Buczak (Service Manager) was thorough in conveying what needed to be done to remedy the issue with my vehicle. I was provided with a Rental SUV while my vehicle was assessed and re-programed. I was told that it may take up to a day to discover the issue, and work to repair it. Instead, it only took 3 hours. Once again, I was exceedingly pleased with the level of service I received at John Paul's Buick GMC, and I will continue to recommend the Service Department to friends and family. More

Luis was a great sales person from beginning to end He had met with my husband several times before the purchase to do all of the leg work, so when I went in everything was all set for me to discuss & review documents for execution. I’ve dreaded the dealership process of purchasing a vehicle from past experiences but this was by far the easiest and best car purchase experience I’ve had. Pat in the finance office was another delightful person to work with. she explained options very clearly without any pressure. Trials of buying a new auto. It is never easy to purchase a new car. We enjoyed our 2009 Enclave but it was time to retire it. So we tried to find a good replacement. Nothing.
