Excellent experience with Kyner's! Initially I had gone to a big name dealer in Gettysburg to buy my next vehicle. I knew what car I wanted, it was just a matter of getting it at the ri Initially I had gone to a big name dealer in Gettysburg to buy my next vehicle. I knew what car I wanted, it was just a matter of getting it at the right price. The experience at the big dealer was not good. Very high pressure, "buy it today" kind of place. Spent 3 hours negotiating to only walk out of the dealer unsatisfied. So I took a chance and went to Kyner's 15 minutes before they closed the next day. My sales guy, Andy, was awesome enough to let me take the car out on a test drive that night. Made an appointment for a few days later to negotiate and walked away over the moon with my purchase. I purchased a better quality car at a much lower price than was to be found elsewhere. Couldn't be happier with my choice to go up to Kyner's. More

NOT HAPPY AT ALL I BOUGHT A 2012 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE LAREDO FROM THEM AND LIKED THE SUV TILL I BROUGHT IT HOME AND LOOKED IT OVER AND FOUND OUT THEY LIED TO ME. I TOLD THEM I WANTED A 4 X 4 LIKE MY JEEP LIBERTY IS AND I DID NOT WANT A LEASED SUV. I WAS SENT A PICTURE OF THE REAR OF CAR STATING IT WAS A SHIFTABLE 4 X 4 LIKE MY LIBERTY IS AND IT WAS NEVER A LEASED SUV THEN I LOOK IN GLOVE BOX AND FIND PAPERS FOR THIS SUV WITH A DIFFERENT VIN NUMBER LOOKED IT UP SAME SUV. THEN I TEXT SALESMAN AND HE GAVE ME ANOTHER BIN NUMBER AND GUARANTEED IT IS THE RIGHT VIN NUMBER FOR MY NEW JEEP. NOW I HAVE THREE VIN NUMBERS. AND NOT THE SUV I WANTED AND WAS GUARENTEED. I AM GONNA CONTACT A ATTORNEY TODAY AND BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU TO GET TO BOTTOM OF THIS. I WANT A FULL REFUND FOR THIS SUV TODAY. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM. BE VERY CAUTIOUS. More
