Was in for an oil change on 6-5-2026. I arrived 10:15 for 10:30 oil change and tire rotation. Thirty minutes later the write up person asked me if I wanted the cabin and engine air filter changed I said fine. It’s now going on 12:00. I went back to the desk and asked why is the oil change taking 2 hours. They didn’t have the cabin filter so they had to go to the auto parts store, I said forget it I have to go. $144 later which I have never paid for an oil change and air filter. Everyone was very kind, I felt like I fell between the cracks. More

The service advisors kept me informed and up to date on the progress of my truck, the mechanic sent me a video of my truck and the potential problem.
