I took my care in for another oil leak. The 3rd time since the end of August. The first time I thought they put a new oil pan seal on, but they just sealed it with some glue stuff. The 2nd time in October they changed the seal on the oil pan, then in May it was leaking oil again and they said I needed a new oil pan because mine was rusted and leaking. My car goes to Florida every winter for 4 months, so not sure how the oil pan got so rusty there. They did reduce the price, so I guess I shouldn't complain, but the first and last time cost me money for something that might have been fixed on one visit instead of 3 where I had to find a car to use for several days of down time and inconvenience. The 3rd time I also told them that the engine light had been on a few days, but I didn't hear any feedback about that. Now it is on again and Auto Zone did a test and it showed my thermostat my be failing. Now it needs more work. The service dept. did not work on my care for two days, because they sent me an email about my issue and I was suppose to authorize the work. I did know the email was coming, so they didn't start until the end of the 2nd day in the shop. More
