Excellent Service Experience Would like to take the time to thank you for your honesty and expedient service. My son got a flat tire on Sat. 03.23.19 - he called the Chrysle Would like to take the time to thank you for your honesty and expedient service. My son got a flat tire on Sat. 03.23.19 - he called the Chrysler assistance center and they towed the vehicle (2018 Compass) to Shuman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dealership. By Monday morning around Noon he received a call from the service department letting him know that his tire was repaired and his vehicle was ready to be picked up. When he got there he was told that there was no charge to repair the tire. A similar situation happened to him less than a year ago and his vehicle was towed to Brighton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and we had to call several times to find out the status on if the tire could be repaired or if it needed to be replace. Approximately 1 day and a half later after calling again and again we were told the tire needed to be replaced and it would run roughly $350. I was towed there on a Sunday evening and we didn't pick it up until Wednesday. Just want to thank the service department again for taking such great care of him. Your dealership will be recommended to any one I know needing service or a new vehicle. More
