Great Service After three unsuccessful visits to the dealer (Golling) where I bought my new 2018 Grand Cherokee Sterling Edition to fix uneven tail pipes, I was tol After three unsuccessful visits to the dealer (Golling) where I bought my new 2018 Grand Cherokee Sterling Edition to fix uneven tail pipes, I was told to call Chrysler Customer Care. The helpful person there told me to try and take it to a different dealer (Shuman) and see what they can do. The Service Advisor at Shuman, Chris Graham, ordered new tail pipes and parts and we scheduled an appointment. (This was also done previously at Golling). The work was done in less than three hours and the pipes turned out great. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was courteous and professional and I also had a friendly ride to and from my home while they worked on my vehicle. I told Chris that Shuman has a new customer for any future service or vehicles. Thanks! More
