Great Customer Service!! I called Mike to see if he could run a diagnostic check on my vehicle because my engine light came on. He said "Bring it in and we'll do a quick diagnostic check to see what the code was, (this was important since I had to go on a 360 mile round trip the next day and wanted to make sure the car would be OK to drive. When I got there Mike was busy, so Dean took care of me, he found the code to be minor and said I should have no problem going on my trip. When I returned I called for an appointment, This was right before the Christmas holiday and I was extremely busy at work, which means I couldn't be without my car for long. Dean said this problem could be a couple day investigation and fix depending on what it was exactly. I told him that wouldn't be possible because of my schedule. He talked to his manager and long story short had my car in and out in the same day. This definitely shows what service and support Shuman's gives their customers!! More

Excellent Customer Service I took my vehicle in for routine maintenance. I was greeted BY NAME by Tim Ferrin, service advisor, when I pulled in. Tim explained exactly what they I took my vehicle in for routine maintenance. I was greeted BY NAME by Tim Ferrin, service advisor, when I pulled in. Tim explained exactly what they were going to do, how long it was expected to take (45 minutes) and where I could sit while waiting. As I was walking to the waiting area every person I met greeted me with a friendly hello. After no more than 20 minutes Tim came to the waiting room and gave me a status update and said it would be another 5-10 minutes. It was less than that and my car was ready. When I went to my car it had been washed and was inside the service area so I didn't have to go outside. I was very impressed with both the efficiency of and the personal touch by every staff member from Tim to the cashier and others. Excellent service is unfortunately no longer the norm in many business dealings but this was a wonderful example of what true customer service can be! More

I connected with Shuman and Allen Myers through the Costco auto program and had the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. By far. * Casual and friendly atmosphere * BEST EXPLANATION OF FINANCIAL OPTIONS * No pressure, just support of getting me the vehicle I wanted/could afford * I needed to delay until closer to my lease end for various reasons and this was met with respectful understanding (and continued contact) * This sounds ridiculous to have to say, but the amount of respect and interest in my wife's thoughts was antithetical to the typical car salesman stereotype (and exactly the opposite of the other dealership). I will return to Shuman and Allen just for this. * Everyone I spoke with at the dealership seemed just as excited as I was for me to get a Wrangler. Seriously. More
