Our sales guys were great and did everything they could to help us. Then once we were approved for financing it became a nightmare. The "finance manager" lied and defrauded us, told us he was giving us all to help us. Then once we were approved for financing it became a nightmare. The "finance manager" lied and defrauded us, told us he was giving us all sorts of add-ons for free, then charged us for them. We were told they would be canceled by the GM and q check sent to the finance company, and to this day that has not been done. He had the car picked up to be detailed and scratches fixed, it was washed and the scratches were filled in but definitely not detailed. When you are paying top dollar for a used car, you'd hope for better treatment. We didn't purchase an $8,000 or even a $30,000 used car. They added thousands of dollars in add one we didn't request or approve. We were told they were giving them to us for free, they lied. The truck was absolutely filthy when we got it. Go someone where else because Noller Ford Finance manager are liars at Topeka and Lawrence and upper management allows it to happen. More

Dealership was just fine. Very clean, friendly, respectable and comfortable. Cordaryl, Max Rodriguez, Chris Lewis were all wonderful. The finance process was not explained to me. I am $7000.00 belly up on my loan, after putting $9,000.00 down. I was pre-approved for $20,000.00 they went behind my back to get a higher loan and I am $7000.00 belly up on my loan, after putting $9,000.00 down.
