Needed a new vehicle fast! My car was rear-ended and totalled so I needed another vehicle right away. I usually take the time to do a lot of research and visit several dealerships, test driving different vehicles before I choose. We purchased our last vehicle from Laird Noller Ford and were very pleased with it, the buying process and customer seevice. We also knew Dean “the ogre” Garcia and felt that he would treat us right. While going to the dealership we discovered Dean was home ill that day. He called ahead to the dealership and arranged for a salesman to take care of us. Called us back to let us know which salesman would see us and where he was located. The other salesman then called us to introduce himself to us before we even arrived. That’s good customer service! We purchased a Ford Edge that day and were very pleased with our experience! More

Repair to vehicle, parts took too long to come in for a 2018 I found that the person in the service center was rude. They made my wife feel like an inconvenience to the dealership. I understand wanting to he I found that the person in the service center was rude. They made my wife feel like an inconvenience to the dealership. I understand wanting to help, however my wife explained that we only have the one vehicle and that she would wait for our rear wiper to be repaired. His reply (sigh)”it will be at least two hours”. She said that was fine, we live north of town and they didn’t want to shuttle her (completely understood). I do not want anything for free. I just want someone that isn’t trying to push her out the door. As a customer it isn’t fun waiting, but she isn’t a burden because she wants to wait for our only vehicle. She didn’t complain, but the gentleman at the dealership seemed put off by her staying. I am tired of people acting like I owe them something. I bought the car 5 months ago, the sales guy tried to make me feel bad for getting a good deal. The service department gave my wife a hard time. I want to be treated like the CUSTOMER! Not an inconvenience, I spent my hard earned money and all I get is excuses or attitude. We had to follow up for the part for over 1 month. It is inexcusable to take that long to repair a rear windshield wiper. There should also be scheduled appointment times. I am not putting names, I want the culture changed. Sometimes people have bad days. More
