No stress professional service I had an early morning drop off for an air bag recall. Within 10 minutes I was being transported to work. Requested a 5:15 pm pickup. Not sure what to think about this service center pretty sure the service guy called me a xxxxxxx. Not real happy about that he was upset because he screwed up our warranty claim. He got yelled at for not doing his job right by the severe manager. The a couple of weeks later we got a engine warning life pop up had to take it in again kinda fishy. Exceptional care. I had some warranty work to be done and was treated extremely well I was given a vehicle to use for a couple of days while my truck was being worked o I had some warranty work to be done and was treated extremely well I was given a vehicle to use for a couple of days while my truck was being worked on. We just purchased car and the problem was not found during the initial inspection at dealership - we have purchased 13 other vehicles from Topeka location and this was our first from Lawrence store.
