Oil change I made an appt for my oil change and still had to wait almost 2 hrs. No one came and got me when it was done. I had to go ask someone if it was done. AWFUL I came to Ford hoping you guys would be able to fix the issues I was having with my FORD car but instead I got charged quite a bit just to have nothin I came to Ford hoping you guys would be able to fix the issues I was having with my FORD car but instead I got charged quite a bit just to have nothing fixed or even sourced because it was all "aftermarket", how nice that you could tell me exactly what was wrong but couldn't fix it even though its a FORD vehichle. Tire check I requested the works which included a tire check and rotation. Two days later my low tire pressure light came on. I check my tires and two had only I requested the works which included a tire check and rotation. Two days later my low tire pressure light came on. I check my tires and two had only 25 psi and two had 30 psi. The recommended psi is 34. It is obvious the tire psi was not checked by the person who performed my work. My wife and I are leaving for a road trip and I am disappointed in the work. I have my vechicles services regularly at your dealership so I don’t have to worry about trouble on the road I would expect your vehicle inspection to be accurate and complete.
