I had my oil change scheduled for 9:15am, my car wasnt done until 3:30. I asked them to check cv shaft and rear seals. They submitted a claim for warranty on 2/3/26. Its now 2/26/26 and i have no news on done until 3:30. I asked them to check cv shaft and rear seals. They submitted a claim for warranty on 2/3/26. Its now 2/26/26 and i have no news on the warranty. I have called 8 times asking and no one has an answer aside from, we will leave a note with gavin to contact you. Gavin has never contacted me. I went to the dealership in person and got a story of how the warranty company and ford motor parts are trying to figure out the parts needed. The customer service with lake chevy has been incredibly awful. More
