Matt Bucio was very easy to deal with. I have had bad experiences at every dealership I’ve been too before this experience. He was easy going and very easy to work with. The sales manager David was a experiences at every dealership I’ve been too before this experience. He was easy going and very easy to work with. The sales manager David was also very straight forward and honest. I left the dealership in a new truck and was happy with my experience. I’d highly recommend this dealership and Matt. We will be returning when my wife needs a new vehicle in a few years. More

They are not consistent with anything with payments. They also take a very long time to do your oil change and the car wash is always broken! My Sales man Anthony was great but the overall experience with the dealership and transaction was less than impressive! I didn't get the feeling they were willing to do anything above and beyond to earn with the dealership and transaction was less than impressive! I didn't get the feeling they were willing to do anything above and beyond to earn my business, there was virtually nothing in the way of negotiation leading up to the sale, I basically was told this is the deal take it or leave it and we will do nothing more. I would probably be far more satisfied and less critical had the vehicle been properly detailed prior to picking it up as they had promised but it was filthy! I complained about how I wasn't satisfied with the fact I just bought a 3 year old truck with 20k miles that had dirt on the doors, cup holders, dash and floor, they then sent it back to the detail shop while I waited only for it to return and look as if it was only vacuumed! Fully detailed to me means CLEAN and new car smelling! Never the less I took it home and spent 2 hours of my time cleaning it and now it's acceptable. Only other complaint I have is after cleaning it and removing the rear floor mats I found a hole in the carpeting that I can stick my little finger through and touch the padding, would have been nice to know that was there! At the end of the day the price I paid was good for an overall nice quality truck and my salesman was pleasant but beyond that I've have far better experiences elsewhere. Again I'm not trying to be overly critical but when you're spending tens of thousands of dollars you would expect some level of personal service and it wasn't there in my opinion. More
