I am very happy with the clarity and transparency provided by Tyler and Service team. I am very Appreciative for use of a loaner during a 6hour service. I originally went to the dealership just to get an oil change. Brad was very friendly and provided good customer service. They also checked my car overall and told me I needed a new tire because there was change. Brad was very friendly and provided good customer service. They also checked my car overall and told me I needed a new tire because there was a nail in it, and my windshield wipers were scratching my front window. I wasn’t sure about that at the time. I asked a family member to check the tire to see if there really was a nail in the front driver’s side tire. It turned out it wasn’t a nail; it was a tiny staple that could be easily removed, so my tire didn’t need to be replaced. The same goes for the wipers—they weren’t damaging my windshield. I feel upset because I was told lies about needing a new tire and wipers. Now I don’t trust going back to that dealership because I believe they were just trying to make money off me by giving false information. More

Dropped off my new suburban that I purchased there for its first oil change and to look into an issue that I thought should be covered under warranty . Also, Asked them to detail my vehicle. I was very displeased with the service I received from Jose Cruz and Jose Lopez(?). I came in for warranty work that was not corrected the first time I brought in the truck. First I was told that I had Jose Cruz and Jose Lopez(?). I came in for warranty work that was not corrected the first time I brought in the truck. First I was told that I hadn’t had any work done at Lake Chevy. Then I was told there was no fix for the issue, even though a fix had come through TECH, which I had a printout of. Then I was told I would have to pay for the work even though it was a continuation of warranty work. Then I was told I wouldn’t have to pay. So I left the truck for the work to be done. When Jose C called to tell me the truck was ready he informed me I would have to pay $100 for the warranty work. I explained that the other Jose had informed me I would not have to pay for the. I would not have left the truck had I had to pay for a correction to what had previously been done by Lake Chevy. Jose C said there was nothing I could do, I would have to pay. I said we will discuss it when I come in to get the truck. After a condescending conversation with Jose C, the service manager came over and said it clearly said we did not have to pay for the work but the system was still trying to charge us. The fee was waved and I was given the truck. I spoke with the service manager after. I notes his service advisors needed to work in their customer service skills. This was the third time I had come in for this issue. Each time Jose C was condescending and spoke down to me. The second time I was there he was just rude, as well as when I called to schedule the third appointment. We have been customers of Braeger Chevy, now Lake Chevy for close to 20 years. We have bought 4 vehicles from Lake Chevy. We will never come back. This has been a horrible experience. More
