The mix-up with the tires and the subsequent delay was not acceptable, and we have already taken steps to ensure this does not happen again in the future. Secondly, we regret that our shuttle service did not provide the level of convenience and professionalism you expected. The behavior you described from our driver is not reflective of the service standards we uphold. We will address this with our team to prevent such incidents. Regarding the pricing, we apologize for any miscommunication or misunderstanding. We strive to provide accurate quotes and transparent pricing.
