I was referred to this shop for service on my '13 F150 after my usual service shop told me they could not assist me and the charges would likely be astronomical. After speaking with the team at Lake Ford, after my usual service shop told me they could not assist me and the charges would likely be astronomical. After speaking with the team at Lake Ford, I dropped off my vehicle for diagnostic inspection. This process took over 24 hours, but they were able to correctly diagnose the issue and correct it for me for under $300. Yes, it took a while, but the communication was excellent, the service was phenomenal, and everyone I spoke to was helpful and pleasant. More
