I recently had my truck in for an oil change and warranty work. They completed the work while I waited. The warranty problem came back the very next morning and I was able to take my truck back in that after work. They completed the work while I waited. The warranty problem came back the very next morning and I was able to take my truck back in that afternoon. I was greeted by Caleb who already had a loaner vehicle waiting for me. I was very happy with that. They fixed the problem the next working day. I was very happy with the service and the service reps they have are excellent in trying to take care of your needs. straightforward, trustworthy service I've been servicing my Mustang GT here since I bought it 4 years ago. My girlfriend is relatively new to Milwaukee area and didn't have a familiar ser I've been servicing my Mustang GT here since I bought it 4 years ago. My girlfriend is relatively new to Milwaukee area and didn't have a familiar service center, so I suggested she bring her Elantra to Lake Ford. Normally Craig is my service advisor, but Caleb was filling in for him the day I brought her car in for her. She needed an oil change and her brakes felt funny. Jeremy found her brake pads had delaminated! Caleb got me into a loaner vehicle to get to work and Jeremy had the car back together the same day. Can't ask for more than that. More
