You go here for customer the great service Ok first the CONS ....It's a dealership and as far as service repairs go it packs dealership repair costs. Everybody knows that dealership prices s Ok first the CONS ....It's a dealership and as far as service repairs go it packs dealership repair costs. Everybody knows that dealership prices suck but you choose your battles so for basic mantience like oil changes and brakes I use this dealership. I did a 60,000 mile service once and while they did a great job the price was too high, could've gone somewhere else for much cheaper. That being said it is a dealership and you pick your battles. Honestly I might be a bit harsh when I rated their pricing because it falls within norms of dealership work, just sucks compared to other repair shops. NOW FOR THE PROS! The customer service is the reason I go period...The shuttle service is really handy, scheduling appointments is super easy and because it's a ford dealership they know their stuff when it comes to my truck. They back their work %100, I had some squeaking brake noise 5 months after they did the front brakes. Called them up told them the issue, they took it no charge and deglazed the brakes even though they didn't hear any squeaking like I did. I got driven to and from by the shuttle service. They charged me 0$ and told me to bring it back if it did it agian so they could have a tech ride with me to hear what I was talking about. Granted I didn't have to because what they did fixed the issue but I guess my point is that a lot of shops would not put in this amount of effort for free. Plus again shuttle service is just super convenient. They also did a warranty job for me on a blown turbo. Now the first thing I was worried about was them cutting corners and just replacing the turbo after it blew oil all through my exhaust system. However I did not have to worry, they told me right away we are replacing both turbos, all the sensors after it, catalytic converters, muffler the works. They literally did the right thing and switched out the entire exhaust without me having to badger them. Granted it was warranty work but still a lot of places would dick around with that. If you have a mechanic you trust go ahead and use them for your hefty repair work but honestly for some of the basic maintenance I fork over the extra cash to use these guys. If money isn't too big an option then just use these guys because if it fails you'll know they will back their work! More

Rudy Rocks! My fiance and I have been searching for my perfect vehicle for about a year. We found it on Lake Ford's website over the weekend and got in touch with My fiance and I have been searching for my perfect vehicle for about a year. We found it on Lake Ford's website over the weekend and got in touch with them first thing Monday morning. Lucky for us, we got Rudy on the phone. Rudy is the perfect salesman. He understood that we were driving 3 hours to most likely buy this car he had on his lot. He made sure to answer all of our questions honestly before we took the drive. He also had the car completely clean (seriously looked brand new) sitting up front and on hold for us. Rudy was not pushy, he was well dressed, professional, super duper informative, and willing to work with us in all our needs. Rudy was also very friendly, approachable, open, funny and charming. And I know for a fact that he will do whatever it takes to take care of his costumer and build a lasting relationship. I seriously will recommend anyone to go to Rudy. Lube and tire rotation and rear light issue Lube and tire rotation was good. It did take a while but they rotated my tire too and the quick lube place doesn’t Provide that service.
