Upon arriving at the Volkswagen dealership I noticed at first glance all employees were ducked off into separate corners of the establishment. We came in and everybody just stared at us instead of asking h first glance all employees were ducked off into separate corners of the establishment. We came in and everybody just stared at us instead of asking how could they assist us which is basic courtesy of a professional establishment. I had to ask for assistance which is ridiculous considering how many employees were present. Came in for a basic oil change which took 3 hours which is also ridiculous considering it can be done in an hour. Overall the experience was disappointing. Customer service skills needs to be addressed at this location. More
