My 2017 Jetta brokedown on Interstate 4. I had to have it towed on a Sunday night to the dealer. Around 9:00 am I received a call from the service coordinator. He went over with me what had I had to have it towed on a Sunday night to the dealer. Around 9:00 am I received a call from the service coordinator. He went over with me what had happened and their process. Later that day, I received a call from him with a detailed explanation of the problem, associated cost and repair time. I gave them the go ahead. Two days later it was repaired. I am extremely satisfied and will happily return to them for my next VW. More
