I bought my car here from Trey and always thought I had good service but I have to say this time I felt very aware that the associate was really trying to upswell me when I came in just for regular mainten good service but I have to say this time I felt very aware that the associate was really trying to upswell me when I came in just for regular maintenance. I had to look up on my phone for dealership coupons for the price of an oil change, When I asked for the dash alert to be removed after oil change, I was told they couldn’t unless I had pollen filter installed which felt sort of like blackmail. I had made an appt online, checked off services needed, but when I arrived he asked why I was there. And I waited a long time before seeing that the car was ready in the lot but no one called me. More

Not very good review. After you guys give my daughter a list of stuff she needed on the car. We had taken it to pep boys for a wheel alignment and there was bolts missing off the brake line.
