Terrible, they gave me an oral estimate of $843, after checking with other dealership i found out they were trying to do services already preformed to the vehicle. The service department was able to diagnose our Jetta’s issue quickly. Unfortunately, a part had to be ordered and would take 7-10 business days for arrival. Terrible inventory, charming associates. Perfect recipe for a blooming business. Brought up an issue with my vehicle NOT EVEN A MONTH, was told to bring it in.
