He understood my situation and I let him know I would be in touch. There was no pressure at all. I felt taken advantage of financially I was charged $900.00 for replacing fuel pump module. The part was $206.00 and it is plug and play. Unplug the old and plug in the new. I know VW is high end and proprietary but I feel the price gouging is excessive. I am seeing my VW and will never buy another because of the proprietary nature of VW. Other than being abused $$$ the staff was great. Also when getting my car back the gas gauge doesn’t work. It was working when I came in. More

We started the buying process with a telephone call toIsrael Gerena We found the Jetta with all of the features we wanted on the Lakeland VW website. We started the buying process with a telephone call toIsrael Gerena who provided details on the car we were looking at, pricing and financing options and he invited us in for a test drive. We explained that we are retired and on a fixed income and had to meet a payment that fit in our budget. Israel working with Charles Draper put together a deal that met our needs. We walked into the dealership knowing that the car we wanted was within our reach. There was no pressure just useful information that helped us come to a discussion. Israel showed us the car explaining all the features and within an hour we were meeting with Larry Riddle completing the paperwork and preparing to drive our new car home, our twelfth Volkswagen!
