Lakeland VW has always had top notch service and I will continue to buy and get my car serviced there; however, this time around there was some mistakes done by the technician, which I was able to fix on m continue to buy and get my car serviced there; however, this time around there was some mistakes done by the technician, which I was able to fix on my own. The issue being the incomplete installation of the cabin filter. I would not have noticed if not for a plastic covering left in the glove box. After identifying the piece and locating the cabin filter location, I noticed that the cabin filter was not installed correctly. I fixed the issue but I feel that the technician needs to slow down and be aware of incomplete work. More
