I have been going to Lakeland VW to service my vehicle for the last 2 1/2 years. In all that time I have been happy with their service every time except once, 2 visits ago. So on my last visit, I notifi for the last 2 1/2 years. In all that time I have been happy with their service every time except once, 2 visits ago. She notified the service manager of my problem, and I have to admit they went above and beyond to correct the problem and satisfy me to the point I will never take my car anywhere else to be serviced. I own a 2019 Volkswagen Jetta that experienced an Airbag error recently. I brought it in for repair and the team identified and fixed the issue identified by code. They informed me immediately and contacted Volkswagen support. It took longer than expected so they provided a loaner vehicle while working to resolve the error. They were thoughtful of my experience and more than helpful in resolving the issue. I had been unsure about where my next vehicle purchase would be, but after this experience, I will be purchasing from Lakeland Volkswagen. Jeremy is knowledgeable, kind, and thoughtful. Ashleigh is kind and knowledgeable as well, and they both go above and beyond to make sure the customer experience is great. I took my Tiguan for the 3rd year annual maintenance. Those are my comments: 1- While waiting I was informed that the car needed tire rotation and balancing (car has only 11400 miles) I agreed and the c Those are my comments: 1- While waiting I was informed that the car needed tire rotation and balancing (car has only 11400 miles) I agreed and the cost was an staggering U$ 100.00. Before getting the car, I saw in Lakeland website, a discount of U$ 20.00 for that service. It was not offered to me, and it was only applied after I complained about it. 2- One of the items that I requested was to check the not working charging ports. When I picked up the car, the service guy responsible informed that he was not able to verify what has been done, but he would check and call me. To my surprise, when he called (I was going home, about 1 hour drive from Lakeland) he informed that the technician responsible for the job WAS NOT THERE THIS DAY, therefore nothing was done!!!!!!! Amazing isn't it? So, what do I do now? More
