Sure their price was a little better than another dealership, but their fees were excessive. If another dealership had the vehicle I wanted I would've went there for sure. Israel was a great sales rep though. The free car wash service is kind of a joke though. I've been twice and the first time they just sprayed with water and said it was washed. The second at least they washed some, but not the wheels. Guess you get what you pay for there. More

Keeping your vehicle for three days with a scheduled repair I took my vehicle in on a Monday morning for a scheduled appointment at 8am no one called at the end of the day to say anything. I was working and wh I took my vehicle in on a Monday morning for a scheduled appointment at 8am no one called at the end of the day to say anything. I was working and when I realized it was past closing time I said to myself that I would have to make arrangements to do the things I needed to get done that evening. I CALLED the next day to my surprise it still wasn’t ready. At the end of the second day He finally told me that they ordered the wrong part and that it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. I inquired about a loaner vehicle the manager said there weren’t any available. If I hadn’t called them they would not have reached out to me. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE. NOW GUESS WHAT MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON AGAIN More
