Michelle kept us updated on when the vehicle was expected to be received in to inventory, and we immediately made plans to visit. Trey welcomed us and was amazing through the whole process. It was encouraging to know he also owned the same vehicle type at which we were looking. We never felt bullied or pressured like some of the other dealerships made us feel. We were worried based on some online reviews we saw about erroneous fees, but we did not experience that at all. In fact, Lakeland had lower/fewer fees than some of the others we had visited. This, along with their pricing and incentives allowed us to purchase a brand new vehicle for roughly the same price as used ones we were interested in. I would definitely recommend Lakeland Volkswagen. More

5 hours for an oil change. I had an appointment for an oil change at 11:30am so I dropped my car off. Didn’t hear anything until I called at about 2:30pm. The service manager was at lunch however so I left a message and she returned my call shortly after. I knew I needed a brake job and it was going to be time for new tires soon but I didn’t want to pay the quoted price so I declined. 2 hours later the oil change was finally done along with some additional maintenance I didn’t ask for. So my total was almost 140 dollars when I just wanted an oil change. The service manager said they washed and vacuumed my car as well. I appreciate this I guess and the car was washed but certainly not vacuumed. More

In addition to the tire sensor he said there was also a possible emissions issue. He gave us the quote and we were of the understanding it would have been looked into right then. We went went to pay, we were told that we would have to bring it back in when they had more time to check into it. We had this car at Maus VW a couple of months ago. The fuel pump and battery were replaced with no mention of an emissions issue. The car appears to be running fine, the lights on the sensor are off. We appreciate the service on the car but left confused on the emissions comment and quote. More
