From start to finish, the entire trade-in process of my previous vehicle, to purchasing the new-to-me car, was a very pleasant experience overall. Everyone there was quite nice and Larry in particular was excellent at making the whole paperwork process a breeze. There was a crack in the front bumper that went unnoticed but they took care of me by providing a rental AND fixing the bumper professionally. I couldn’t say more good things about this dealership, I would come back for my next vehicle in a heartbeat! More

To good to be true Sales department is great but if you trade something in make sure they pay it completely off before it hits your credit report. Getting a late payment Sales department is great but if you trade something in make sure they pay it completely off before it hits your credit report. Getting a late payment charge a in the mail after 2 months of trading in my car because they didn’t pay the whole balance off. Finance department states it is my responsibility to make sure it is paid in full after I trading it in to their dealership. Not willing to find a solution and wanting to push all the blame off on to the customer is terrible. More
