The Service Department supported by the General Manager has no integrity. These are dishonest bullies that treat customers horribly. Service Manager made an offer to test my car at no charge to me for a well-known defect regarding excessive oil burn. Then when I showed up to my appointment, they wanted to charge me over $200. I expressed that I was being taken advantage of and that was not the agreement. The treatment I received from the advisor and the sales manager was appalling. After being berated by the service advisor, the sales manager refused to honor his agreement, lied to cover his mistake and accused me of trying to take advantage of THEM. The general manager expressed that if I had purchased my car from him, he might be willing to help, but since I didn't, he has no obligation to me. Dear customer: You do NOT deserve to be treated this way. Do not stand for this. There are other dealerships within a short drive. Do not give these abusive swindlers your money. They think a manufacturer defect that puts excessive carbon emissions in the air and cost you extra money in maintenance is only limited to people under a warrantee. It's a good thing my life isn't riding on this defect, because I couldn't trust them to do the right thing. Would you trust them? More

I had an issue with the Cruise Control Sensors, detailing the infrequent nature of the issue on drop off. They stated they wanted to try cleaning before replacing, which is fine, but instead did not clean th the infrequent nature of the issue on drop off. Told them I was going on a trip, please check everything. On my trip the check tire light, check washer fluid light and service now lights flashed on and off through my entire trip. It concerned me what else might not have been checked or filled. The sticker on my windshield stated it needed an oil and filter change due to the mileage. This was done. I am not sure I will return for more service. The people were very friendly however. Lori More
Paid over 1000 dollars 3 yrs ago for a timing belt they said was dried and cracked. They also changed the water pump. Went and had my oil changed.and they said I need a water pump and they said that the wa said was dried and cracked. They also changed the water pump. They tried to fix my car 3 times already for the same issue which is not mt fault: Fuel Line. I couldn’t drive like that because car can get on fire with the engine bay covered on diesel. Had to tow it, not the first time I tow it for the same failure from Volkswagen reparations. Told me in order to get a refund I’d have to bring the car first and see if the problem was under the warranty. Problem was on the warranty and yet they won’t refund the tow truck money. On top of this, they are charging me 60$ for a battery installment. Took them 7 days to get the car fixed and didn’t offered a loaner or a rental. I’ve lost two jobs for not being able to drive or pay an Uber. Wouldn’t want this to happen to my worst enemy. More
