The service department did an excellent job. From making our appointment to the 10,000 mile service completion on time. We were also surprised to find out they had shuttle service. We were dropped off down our appointment to the 10,000 mile service completion on time. We were also surprised to find out they had shuttle service. Service in general is outstanding. Service manager is not customer friendly, does not believe the customer as to issues on the car even new purchase. I was basically informed I was the only person of the mil customer friendly, does not believe the customer as to issues on the car even new purchase. I was basically informed I was the only person of the millions of VW Beetle sold with a non functioning radio for the android auto. Brandon VW knows how to order and replace the radio. I ONLY returned to Lakeland VW because of Jonathan Fiermonti! More

What happened to my car? Normally I have nothing but positive remarks for this dealership. I have two VWs that I regularly bring in for service and repairs, but this has been Normally I have nothing but positive remarks for this dealership. I have two VWs that I regularly bring in for service and repairs, but this has been the least satisfying trip yet. I brought my 2014 Jetta in for diagnostics/repairs. Repairs seemed to go smoothly. However, when I picked up my vehicle this morning I noticed it was a WRECK on the inside. Napkins strewn about, registration papers crumpled on the floor, overall it was a mess and not how I left it when I dropped it off. Seems like someone was rummaging through my car, but I'm not sure why. Additionally, they listed a complimentary "wash" on the itemized statement of the repairs/services, and the car did not appear washed at all. Pretty disappointed as this is typically an awesome experience for me. More
